I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alpine Inn and I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Amy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Amy's warm smile and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient, answering all my questions with great knowledge about the hotel and local attractions. Overall, Amy exemplifies outstanding customer service, making her a valuable asset to the Alpine Inn! . I left with a smile and a desire to return, largely thanks to her fantastic hospitality. The room was very clean. Shannon and Amy at the front desk were both lovely. Not the worst price for a last minute room, note if you pay cash there is a 25$ deposit but as long as you don’t demolish the room you should get it back. They are dog friendly but unfortunately don’t allow cats. They have a cute little fireplace in the lobby and you can take a book if you want.

They had great non smoking rooms with plenty of space to keep stuff and lounge about. The bathroom was quite clean. The wifi was just about enough for everyday activities (~5-10 MBPS). Don B at the front desk offered excellent customer service. Super humane person! Excellent stay overall.

Business trip location was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk very friendly and nice. The housekeepers were nice and all in all it was a good experience. Don very nice and informative. Shannon was very helpful and dealt with ease of information. Amy very friendly. Recommend this place for many reasons. Main one the staff.

I recently stayed here where I received exceptional customer service from Don, Shannon, and the management team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Both Don and Shannon were particularly attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and concerns. When I mentioned that my initial room wasn’t quite to my liking, they both promptly arranged for a room change that better suited my preferences. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in my overall experience. The management team was equally impressive, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction that is hard to find. We were stranded in Rockford due to our truck needing a battery. We were from out of town. We picked this hotel because it was close to restaurants and Firestone. Amy greeted us as we arrived. She was very knowledgeable on where we could order food and the area. She helped us with the vending machines. Our room was nice and clean. King bed was very comfortable and the heater worked great. Liked that all rooms are on the ground level. Hotel was close to restaurants. Checking out Shannon advised that since our car was not done, we could wait in their lobby for as long as we needed. Great employees and hotel highly recommend.
